Freddy’s Pond

This quiet beaver pond is a favorite destination for first time nature lovers. Freddy’s Pond is just one and a half miles from camp. Campers collect newts, identify animal tracks, and bird watch.

Lakeside Trail

The Lakeside trail is a Kingswood maintained trail. The trail head is behind the dining hall and the trail extends halfway around Lake Tarleton. A low-impact, easy hike for any ability level leads to White Sands, Sunset Point, and Pirate’s Cove. Campers are often led on this trail to explore flora and fauna.
