Beautiful Kingswood

We never tire of the gorgeous setting for camp.  Sara has garnered a few shots from here and there, taken throughout the summer.  She says she is very busy with editing yearbooks and other personal projects given to her by many camp families.  She will not forget you.  “Be patient.”

Jay and Kiera maintained a challenge garden, in other words, one that competed with Sara’s and Bob’s
The Dining Room Garden is one of about 15 different places where we tend to the plants. “Stay out of Mr. Wiff’s plants” is a common camp refrain whenever a frisbee goes errant!
We swear that we never have witnessed two cloud gatherings or sunsets that looked alike.

Mornings attract as much open-mouthed amazement as any time of day.

 

Reflections in the lake are one of Sara’s specialities.  Look carefully and you can see Moosilauke upside down.

A few years ago, I took several photos of Moosilauke in intervals of about five minutes. Remarkable were the differentials! This one, of course, does tend to repeat — The Purple Mountain Majesty on clear evenings.

 

Closing today’s report with harbingers of harsh weather is consistent with today’s forecast.
