Defying the Elements

So what if it rained most of the day yesterday!  Mike Wiff smartly organized a host of indoor activities both afternoon and evening while still acknowledging that some boys would prefer to play in the mud over any sane options under cover.  The first photos reveal this crowd, which turned out to be over half the camp.  I got mostly gang mug shots so you could find your son more easily.  Ultimate frisbee, a keep away game whose name I forget, and pickleball (baserunning) were the features.  By nightfall, it was raining heavily so we called everyone into the Great Room for T-shirt and frisbee distribution.  Several old-timers described Monday as not only OK, but truly a good, fun-filled first day of camp.
