Younger staff, in particular, are slower to commit to summer plans than campers are.  On this latter front, enrollments continue to be brisk, so let us know your thinking if you have not already done so.  Regarding counselors and administrators, the ones pictured below have given us the green light to advertise them as very nearly certain to be there for all the fun of summer 2016.
