To get your inspiration for “March Madness,” consider some summer madness up at the hoops pitch at Kingswood.  Most of the photos below come from past PGB intracamp basketball tournaments, which we hold once each session.

A.  The games are held “under the lights.”

B.  The whole camp turns out to observe both the games and the antics on the sidelines.

C.  Each division– junior through staff —  has its tournament, a round robin, which ultimately leaves two teams to vie for the championship on the big night.

D.  CIT’s are usually the coaches.  You’ll see them dressed up to play the part in some of the pics.

E.  The kitchen supplies treats and we have even featured camp musical performances between games.

F.  Klaus announces the action from his perch on top of the ball shed.  If you are a current camper reading this, you are laughing.  If you are a parent, ask your son about the PGB and Klaus.  If you are new to Kingswood in summer 2018, well, you are up for an enormous treat, and one of the happiest occasions of the summer.
