I am sure there are some kids in America who had as much fun yesterday as did the Kingswood group, but I am 100% certain that no body had MORE fun than our boys. Be the witness:

Four counselors spent the better part of two days preparing the meat portion of this feast in the Kingswood “Temple of Smoke.”

We devoured every last morsel …

including corn-on-the-cob…

easily the most fun to photograph…

see?

The Festique games started after the dinner feast, and boys made the rounds among pillow fights…

the fidget ladder…

a photo booth…

karaoke…

and a hilarious obstacle course…

kept forever sudsy by the CIT’s.

The ice cream bar stayed open until past 8 pm…

and the Giffords selections were immensely popular.

Then came the concert in the Great Room…

where several of the camper offerings were greeted with great enthusiasm…

both by the participants…

and the audience.

Many of the performances were endorsed…

with standing ovations.
Lastly, John Sullivan led the group in a mighty rendition of the Star Spangled Banner, to end the evening and cap the most successful July Fourth evening in camp history.
