Here we go again with Kingswood’s annual tongue-in-cheek Thanksgiving primer. First the “DO’s” and then the “DON’T’s.” We are laughing already:

DO: Shop locally for fresh veggies and fruits.

DO: Shoot your own turkey…

with whatever weapon…

you can trust to be…

accurate, if not…

near perfectly accurate!

DO: Fire up the old stove…

and mash up the ingredients…

for something other than pancakes …

or french fries!

DO: Either get a haircut …

or at least shampoo.

DO: Invite uncles…

cousins…

and little kids to your table.

DO: Quietly count your blessings…

have a great meal…

clean up afterwards…

and thank mom for all her efforts in the kitchen.

DON’T: Play load and obnoxious music during dinner.

DON’T: Kiss that fish.

DON’T: Be a glutton.

DON’T: Dress up like an idiot.

DON’T: Play silly games at the Thanksgiving table.

DON’T: Stand on the table, either.

DON’t: Stuff yourself…

to the point where you feel sick.

Lastly: DON’T you ever dare use manners like these.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
