2 for 1 Special: Snow and Staff

This weekend we ventured up to camp. The snow pack is deep and condensed, due to the recent warm temperatures (high 30s!) and rain. We decided to have some fun in the snow – Kingswood style!

The subject of the second half of this week’s blog is our staff. This summer we anticipate that close to 100% of our counselors will be “home-grown.” This means they were campers at Kingswood and are products of our CIT (Counselor in Training) Program or have been counselors with us for years. Over the next few weeks, we plan on featuring these familiar faces.

George and Michael, both members of the Presidential Varsity Club, will join the staff this summer. You're sure to see them leading hikes, both close to home and in the Whites this summer.

Jack has been a Kingswood camper for 6 years. He joins the staff as a young man who is eager to ensure that "no boy slips through the cracks."

Wyatt is an enthusiastic member of the Kingswood community. You will see him all over camp, as he plans on becoming a lifeguard, leading hikes, coaching basketball during tournaments, and tubing with willing campers during B Block!
