Dining Hall
The Dining Hall is home to possibly the best food in the camp world.
Meals are served family style, with boys of mixed ages and cabins seated with one or two counselors at their table. New tables are assigned each week. A partially open view to the kitchen allows for immediate delivery of food and openness to inquiries. The Dining Hall faces the waterfront and provides a nice view of Mt. Moosilauke. Flags of each country that has been represented at Kingswood, hang from the beams. The Dining Hall provides an opportunity for the entire camp to gather as a community and for announcements to be given at each meal. A good amount of laughter ensues at the conclusion of many meals, with bits and skits to announce upcoming events.
